How do I sign up?
Go to the tryouts section of our website. All players are chosen based on performance at tryouts.
If I make a team, what are the costs?
The team fees are determined by how many players on a team and which level team your player is selected from the three levels below:
All team fees Include:
Tryouts, practices, coaches expenses, tournaments, equipment, and operating costs.
Additional Player costs include:
Some teams may choose to do fundraisers during the season to help offset the costs.
How far do you travel and when?
Patriot and American teams play in tournaments usually within a 75-mile radius.
National teams travel farther which can include Georgia, Pennsylvania, DC, Maryland, North Carolina, Kentucky, Florida, etc.
Tournaments are held on Saturdays and/or Sundays (and sometimes Fridays or Mondays of a holiday weekend for 3-day tournaments). AAU National Championships (attended by our National teams) is a 4-5 day tournament in late June.
When and where do you practice?
Two to three times per week from December through May (Patriot and American Teams) or December through June (National Teams). The days of the week will vary.
Practices are held at multiple locations across the Williamsburg/James City County area and could include (but are not limited to): Jamestown High School, Lafayette High School, James City Rec Center, James Blair Middle School, Abram Frink Community Center, Stonehouse Elementary, Berkeley Middle School, etc.

We run specialty clinics throughout the travel season as needed.
