The WVC board will host its annual Revolutionary Rumble.

Entry Fees:

12 U:  $550

13U-18U:  $600

Spectator Fee $20.00 - Cashless this year

There is a $20.00 spectator fee for ages 15 and older. No cash - card only, please.

Skip the lines Saturday and pick up your wristbands Friday afternoon from 2:00 pm - 7:30 pm at the Williamsburg Moose Lodge, 5429 Richmond Road, Williamsburg.

Or you can purchase your wristband on Saturday at one of our  playing facilities starting at 7:15 am 

The $20 wristband will give you entry to all games at our  locations both Saturday and Sunday.

Site Considerations: Coolers will NOT be allowed in any of the facilities.  



The team check-in process: 

  • Print two copies of your rosters from AES turn one in to the Site Director at your first match and keep the other copy with you.
  • You will be given wristbands for the coaches listed on the roster at check-in.

Please be certain to have a valid cell phone number for your team representative on the roster you turn in at the beginning of the day. We may need to contact you for various reasons, e.g. -last minute schedule change, item left at court, work team assignment, etc.



T Shirts and Concessions Sales Locations

T-Shirts & Concessions will be open from approximately 9:00am-6:00pm on Saturday and 9:00-3:00pm on Sunday unless otherwise stated below. (subject to change).

Note: Quarterpath Rec Center and JCC Rec Center will have 2XL & 3XL sizes available in several colors. Also these two sites will have the largest quantities available.

Jamestown High School:   T-Shirts & Snacks/Drinks (Saturday 9-4 / Sunday 9-3)

James Blair Middle School:    T-Shirts & Snacks/Drinks  (Saturday 9-2 / Sunday 9-3)

Lafayette High School:   T-Shirts & Snacks/Drinks

JCC Rec Center:   T-Shirts & Snacks/Drinks

Warhill High School:   T-Shirts & Snacks/Drinks

Quarterpath Rec Center:  T-Shirts & Snacks/Drinks (Sat: 9-6 | Sun: 9-5) 

All remaining inventory will be at Quarterpath Rec Center from 3-5pm for Sale as the tournament ends.

 This tournament will bring about 200 teams, and more than 1,800 junior athletes, age 12-18, from across the East Coast for this two day tournament held at multiple locations throughout Williamsburg/James City County and York County.  In addition to the 2,000 players, coaches and officials, 3,000-5,000 family members will also make their way to Williamsburg for the weekend.

We are asking for donations from local businesses to support the Williamsburg Volleyball Club members and all the junior athletes, coaches, referees and families that will be participating in or supporting the athletes during this tournament. WVC is a 501(c)(3) organization. Our Federal Tax ID is 20-4322376.

As a special thank you for providing donations to support our Annual Revolutionary Rumble Tournament in April, we will gladly promote your company as a proud donor on WVC’s website.  In addition, your company may be promoted with signs, posters or flyers at the tournament sites which would provide 5000+ positive impressions for your company, and thousands of potential customers will see that you support their daughters, as they pursue their goals.

2019 Cancellation Policy

Refund / Cancellation Policy for Accepted Teams

Cancellations of Accepted Teams made by March 9, 2019 in advance of the event will receive a full refund less $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made between March 10 and April 13, 2019 will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event will forfeit their entry fee.

Those administrative fees will be used to cover the cost of additional bookkeeping, revising the tournament competition schedule and / or recruiting a team to take the place of the team(s) dropping out.

 Waitlisted teams will receive a full refund. Pending teams will receive a full refund.
